The Right Way to Pray

[For beginners ]To know the prayer model please click the image below .
[Some prayers we recite may vary according to the different and vast "Sunnah",
persons follow in different parts of the world.]

The Fast of Arafah [If countries differ with regard to when Ramadaan begins and when the day of ‘Arafah is, with whom should I fast?]

The fast of Arafah has always been in confusion to many because of the visibility of moon will be varying in different part of the globe. As I was searching for that I got two useful links which gives an explanation.I invite your attention to that and let us benefit out of the blessed day of Arafat and may Allah accept our fasting and prayers.

If countries differ with regard to when Ramadaan begins and when the day of ‘Arafah is, with whom should I fast?

"Question: Because of some personal circumstances we moved to Pakistan, where a lot of things are different, such as the time of prayer, etc. I want to ask you: I am keen to fast on the day of Arafah, but the Hijri date in Pakistan is different from the date in Saudi: when the date in Pakistan is the 8th of the month, it is the 9th in Saudi. Should I fast on the 8th ・which is the 9th in Saudi ・or should I fast according to the date in Pakistan?.
Answer: Praise be to Allah. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: "What happens if the day of Arafah is different because of the moon being sighted at different times in different countries? Should we fast according to the moon sighting in the country where we are or according to the moon sighting in al-Haramayn (the two Holy Sanctuaries)?" He replied: "This is based on a difference of opinion among the scholars: Is there only one moon sighting for the whole world or does it vary according to when the moon rises in different places? The correct view is that it varies according to when the moon rises in different places. For example, if the moon is sighted in Makkah, and today is the ninth, and it is sighted elsewhere one day before Makkah, and the day of Arafah in Makkah is the tenth for them, it is not permissible for them to fast on this day because it is Eid. Similarly if it so happens that they sight the moon after Makkah, and the 9th in Makkah is the 8th for them, then they should fast the day that is the 9th for them, which is the 10th in Makkah. This is the correct view, because the Prophet  said: When you see it (the new moon) fast and when you see it break your fast. Those who did not see the moon in their own location have not seen it. Just as people are unanimously agreed that the times for dawn and sunset vary according to their own location, so too the months are also worked out by location, just like the daily timings." Majmoo・al-Fataawa, 20.
And he (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about some people who worked in the Saudi embassy in a foreign country, who said that they were having a problem concerning the fast of Ramadan and the fast on the day of Arafah. The brothers there had split into three groups: One group said: "We will fast with Saudi and break the fast with Saudi." Another group said: "We will fast with the country where we are living and break the fast with them." The last group said: "We will fast Ramadan with the country where we are living, but we will fast the day of Arafah with Saudi." They asked the Shaykh to provide them with a detailed answer concerning the Ramadan fast and fasting the day of Arafah, whilst noting that for the past five years, in the country where they were living neither Ramadan nor the day of Arafah had been observed on the same days as in Saudi; their Ramadan started one or two days after it had been announced in Saudi, and sometimes three days after.
He replied: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) differed concerning the issue when the moon is sighted in one part of the Muslim world and not in another: do all the Muslims have to act on the basis of that, or only those who sighted it and the people who live in the same region, or only those who sighted it and the people who live under the same government? There are many different points of view. The most correct view is that the matter should be referred to those who have knowledge of it. If the moon rises at the same point for two countries they become like one country, so if it is sighted in one of them that ruling applies to the other. But if the rising points differ, then each country has its own ruling. This is the view favored by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him); this is the apparent meaning of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah and what is implied by analogy. In the Quran it says (interpretation of the meaning): So whoever of you sights (the crescent on the first night of) the month (of Ramadan i.e. is present at his home), he must observe Sawm (fasting) that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey, the same number [of days which one did not observe Sawm (fasts) must be made up] from other days. Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you. (He wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allah [i.e. to say Takbeer (Allahu Akbar: Allah is the Most Great)] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him. [al-Baqarah 2:185] What is implied by this verse is that whoever does not see it is not obliged to fast. In the Sunnah, the Prophet  said: When you see it (the new moon) then fast, and when you see it, break your fast. What is implied by this hadeeth is that if we did not see it we are not obliged to fast or to break the fast. With regard to analogy, the times for starting and ending the fast each day should be worked out in each country on its own, according to the local times of sunrise and sunset. This is a point on which there is scholarly consensus. So you see the people in east Asia starting their fast before the people of west Asia, and breaking their fast before them, because dawn breaks for the former before the latter, and the sun sets for the former before the latter. Once this is established with regard to the times for starting and ending the daily fast, it also applies to the start and end of the monthly fast. There is no difference between them. But if many regions come under the same government, and the ruler gives the command for the fast to start or end, then his command must be followed, because this is a matter of scholarly dispute but the command of the ruler dispels that dispute.Based on the above, you should fast and break your fast along with the people of the country where you are living, whether that is in accordance with your country of origin or not. Similarly on the day of Arafah you should follow the country where you are living. Written by Muhammad al-Saalih al-Uthaymeen, 28/8/1420 AH. Majmoo・al-Fataawa, 19"

The Fast of Youmul 'Arafah
For those not performing hajj, it is mustahabb (desirable) to fast on this day according to their own calendar. It sometimes occurs that 9th Zuihijjah falls on different days in different countries according to the sighting of the moon. In such cases, Muslims of each country should observe 'Youmul 'Arafah according to the lunar dates of their own country.
For example, if 'Youmul 'Arafah' is being observed in Saudi Arabia on Friday, and in Pakistan on Saturday, Pakistani Muslims should treat Saturday as'Youmul 'Arafah' and should fast on that day if they desire to benefit from the fast of 'Youmul'Arafah'.
The fast of 'Youmul 'Arafah' has been emphasized by the Holy Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, as a mustahabb (desirable) act. According to ahadith, the fast of this day becomes a cause, hopefully so, of forgiveness for sins committed in one year.

Allah knows best !

Importance of reciting Takbeer [and learn its meaning.]

Every one of us know the importance of the two Eid days-the only two celebrations of Muslims. And we will be also well aware of the good deeds that we have to do during the two Eids. Both Eid days are really blessings from Allah SWT.If He has not ordained such blessed days upon us,we will be the looser . HE promised us that who ever seek repentance and blessing on such blessed days with sincerity will be granted the same.So it is our duty to strive for that.We will be thinking,we are not cruel like any "cruel" person and we have not killed any one or harm any one or stolen any thing etc etc and we are kind to every human beings  and thus take pride in us saying I am "pious".But are you really pure infront of Allah SWT?Are you observing all things that Allah SWT has ordered us to do?You are lazy for that, right? So if you are disobeying Allah SWT in the slightest way, then that increases your negative account infront of HIM.

"Praise be to Allaah Who has created Time and has made some times better than others, some months and days and nights better than others, when rewards are multiplied many times, as a mercy towards His slaves. This encourages them to do more righteous deeds and makes them more eager to  worship Him, so that the Muslim renews his efforts to gain a greater share  of reward, prepare himself for death and supply himself in readiness for  the Day of Judgment.

This season of worship brings many benefits, such as the opportunity to correct ones faults and make up for any shortcomings or anything that one might have missed. Every one of these special occasions involves some kind  of worship through which the slaves may draw closer to Allaah, and some kind of blessing though which Allaah bestows His favour and mercy upon whomsoever He will. The happy person is the one who makes the most of these special months, days and hours and draws nearer to his Lord during these times through acts of worship; he will most likely be touched by the blessing of Allaah and will feel the joy of knowing that he is safe from the flames of Hell. [Ibn Rajab, al-Lataaif, p.8]"

Just imagine, you are working in a company and you are not obeying your manager!Whether he will encourage you as you are disobedient in his eyes? No,he will fire you out.Hardly you will get a chance to show repentance or say sorry. But Allah SWT is not like that.HE is the all knowing, self sustainer on whom every one depends.HE is merciful and that is why HE who created us gave many blessed days for those who wish to change their path with repentance and seek HIS blessings and mercy and love.Saying Takbeer is one among that.

"It is Sunnah to say Takbeer ("Allaahu akbar"), Tahmeed  ("Al-hamdu Lillaah"), Tahleel ("La ilaha ill-Allaah") and Tasbeeh ("Subhaan Allaah") during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, and to say it loudly in the mosque, the home, the street and every place where it is permitted to remember Allaah and mention His name out loud, as an act of worship and as a proclamation of the greatness of Allaah, may He be exalted. Men should recite these phrases out loud, and women should recite them quietly.

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"That they might witness things that are of benefit to them (i.e., reward of Hajj in the Hereafter, and also some worldly gain from trade, etc.), and mention the name of Allaah on appointed days, over the beast of cattle that He has provided for them (for sacrifice)..." [al-Hajj 22:28]

The majority of scholars agree that the "appointed days" are the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, because of the words of Ibn Abbas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father), "The appointed days are the first ten days (of Dhul-Hijjah)."

The Takbeer may include the words "Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, la ilaaha ill-Allaah; wa Allaahu akbar wa Lillaahil- hamd (Allaah is Most Great, Allaah is Most Great, there is no deity worthy of worship but Allaah; Allaah is Most Great and to Allaah be praise)," as well as other phrases.

Takbeer at this time is an aspect of the Sunnah that has been forgotten, especially during the early part of this period, so much so that one hardly ever hears Takbeer, except from a few people. This Takbeer should be pronounced loudly, in order to revive the Sunnah and as a reminder to the negligent. There is sound evidence that Ibn Umar and Abu Hurairah (may Allaah be pleased with them) used to go out in the marketplace during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, reciting Takbeer, and the people would recite Takbeer when they heard them. The idea behind reminding the people to recite Takbeer is that each one should recite it individually, not in unison, as there is no basis in Sharee'ah for doing this."

WHAT IS THERE FOR THE WOMEN IN JANNAH?

"Praise be to Allaah, we seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge with Allaah from the evil of our own souls and from our bad deeds. Whomsoever Allaah guides will never be led astray, and whomsoever Allaah leaves astray, no one can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allaah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

What is there for Woman in Paradise

I am a firm believer in the Quran and Allah. Thank Allah my faith and trust in Him grows each day. My concern is this: the Quran mentions over and over the blessings of Heaven. It repeatedly mentions beautiful, pure maidens as a bounty of Heaven. People often say Islam is a male dominance religion.
Why is there not mention of rewards for women?

Since you believe in Allah and His Book, you must know that:
" and not one will thy Lord treat with injustice"), Verse 49, Surat al-Kahf, or the Cave, and ("Allah is never unjust in the least degree: if there is any good (done), He doubleth it, and gives from His Own Self a great reward"), Verse 40, Surat an-Nisa, or the Women.

Allah has meant this Law of Islam(Shariah) for both men and women. All address to men in
the Quran is address to women, and all rules affecting men affect women as well unless
evidence is established that one of them is meant and not the other as in the rules relating to
Jihad (fighting for Islam), menstruation, custodianship, rule etc.

The evidence that women are included in Verses of the Quran in the male gender is a Hadith by Ayishah who said that the Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a man who sees traces of semen but does not remember having any dream of sexual nature. The Prophet
(May peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Such man should perform the Ghusul (ritual ablution). Umm Salim said "A woman may have the same experience. Does she have to perform the Ghusul (ritual ablution)?" The Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, there is no difference in this between man and woman." Narrated by Abu Dawud, at-Tirmizi 113 and others. The last phrase is in Sahih al-Jami’ under No. 2333
.
With respect to rewards in the Hereafter and what women have in heaven, we include a number
of Verses and Hadiths as follows: Um Salamah said: "O Messenger of Allah. I did not hear a Verse in the Quran regarding the Hijrah (migration with the Prophet) of women." Then was revealed the Verse: ("And their Lord has accepted of them, and answered them: Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female: ye are members, one of another: those who have left their
homes, and were driven out therefrom, and suffered harm in My cause, and fought and were slain – Verily I will blot out from them their inequities, and admit them into gardens with rivers flowing beneath; ... A reward from Allah, and from Allah is the best of rewards."),
Verse 195, Surat al-Imran, or the Family. The Hadith was narrated by at-Tirmizi under No.3023.

Ibn Kathir (May Allah have mercy on him) said the Verse ("fastajaba lahum rabbuhum") means Allah replied to their queries ... and the Verse ("anni la udi’u ‘amala ‘amilin minkum min thakarin aw untha") is an explanation of the reply meaning that good deeds will not be lost or ignored. All men and women will have the just reward for their deeds. The Verse ("ba’dukum min ba’d") means you will be treated equally with respect to rewards
 .
(If any do deeds of righteousness, be they male or female, and have faith, they will enter heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them.),

Verse 124, Surat an-Nisa, or the Women
 .
In explanation of this Verse, Ibn
Kathir (May Allah have mercy on him) said the Verse shows Allah’s kindness, generosity and mercy in accepting the good deeds of all people, men and women, provided that they believe, in allowing them into heaven and in not decreasing rewards for their good deeds not even in the least
 .
(Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has faith, verily, to him will we give a life that is good and pure, and we will bestow on such their reward according to the best of actions.), Verse 97, Surat an-Nahl, or the Bees
 .
Ibn Kathir (May Allah have mercy on him) said this is a promise by Allah, the Exalted, to those
who do good deeds i.e. deeds acceptable to Allah in which a Muslim follows the rules set in the
Book of Allah, the Exalted, and the Sunnah of His Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him), be they men or women, if they believe in Allah and His Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him), that He will make them live a good life in this world and will be rewarded in the Hereafter. A good life would include all types of comfort
 .
(He that makes evil will not be requited but by the like thereof; and he that makes a righteous
deed – whether man or woman – And is a believer – Such will enter the garden (of bliss): therein will they have abundance without measure.), Verse 40, Surat al-Mumin, or the believer.

Finally; dear sister, here is a Hadith that will dispel any doubt you may have with respect to the
mentioning of women: Um Umarah al-Ansariyyah said that she went to the Prophet (May peace and blessings be upon him) and said to Him: "I feel that everything is for men. Women are not mentioned as having anything. Then was revealed the Verse: (For Muslim men and women, for believing men and women etc), Verse 35, Surat al-Ahzab, or the Confederates. The Hadith is narrated by at-Tirmizi under No. 3211, and is in Sahih at-Tirmizi under No. 2565
 .
In the collection of Hadiths of Imam Ahmad was narrated the Hadith that Um Salama (May
Allah be pleased with her) said: "I said "O Messenger (May peace and blessings be upon him) of Allah. Why aren’t we mentioned in the Quran in an equal footing with men?" Then; I was surprised to hear him call one day from the pulpit: "O people." As I was combing my hair at the moment, I wrapped it up and came close to the door and stood there listening to him say:
"Allah, Mighty and Sublime be He, revealed that (For Muslim men and women; for believing men and women; for devout men and women, for true men and women; for men and women who are patient and constant; for men and women who humble themselves; for men and women who give in charity; for men and women who fast; for men and women who guard their chastity; and for men and women who engage much in Allah’s remembrance for them has Allah prepared forgiveness and great reward.) Verse 35, Surat al-Ahzab, or the Confederates.

We ask Allah to give us all the ability to show sincerity in words and deeds and to continue as
will-established Muslims.http: //islamqa. com/en/ref/ 608/

Men get Hoor in Jannah .... But.......What Do We Get ???
by Asma bint Shameem

Men get Hoor in Jannah....But what about us women....... what do
we get ??

That is a question that we come across many times and actually, that is something a lot of us ask. In fact, just the other day, someone asked me the very same question.

To that sister and others who may have this question up their mind, I say....

My dear sister.....first of all Jannah and Jahannum (and Hoor Al-'Een, for that matter) and all what happens in them are matters of the Hereafter. These are a part of the realm of the Unseen of which we have very limited perception. Such matters are beyond our understanding and cannot be known by reasoning and thinking and we have really no knowledge of these things except what the Quraan and the authentic Sunnah tell us.

All we do is to believe in such matters of the Unseen, while remembering that its realities are known only to Allaah.

And actually, one should not really get into the details or indulge in discussions of the matters of the unseen without knowledge, because there is really no benefit in that. Rather if such a question comes up, we should say Allaah knows best.

As Allaah says: “And follow not (i.e., say not, or do not, or witness not) that of which you have no
knowledge. Verily, the hearing, and the sight, and the heart of each of those ones will be questioned (by Allaah)”
(Surah al-Isra :36)

And, dear sister, from whatever limited knowledge we do have about Jannah that Allaah and His Messenger (sal Allaahu Alayhi wa Sallam) have informed us, there are a few points that we, as believing women, should remember, when questions such as these pop up in our heads.

1. Allaah is Most-Just and the Most-Merciful

The first and foremost thing to remember is that this is Allaah, Rab ul Aalameen we are talking about here. Subhaan Allaah. Remember that He is ar-Rahmaan ar-Raheem, the One who is Just and there is no one more just than Him....
And He is the One who is Fair and there is no one who is more fair than Him!!

He will never ever let you down or be unfair to you. If He has promised the men of Jannah Hoor Al-'Een, then surely He will give the believing women of Jannah something equally pleasing too. There is no way that He will favor the men over the women, aoodhu billaah. Subhaanahu wa Taala.

"If any do deeds of righteousness, be they male or female, and have faith, they will enter Jannah, and not the least injustice will be done to them." (Surah an-Nisa:124)

2. Allaah created men and women differently

Another thing to remember is that what pleases women may be different from what pleases men. And everybody knows that. So wouldnt He, Who created us in the first place know that better than
anybody else?

"Shall He who has created (all things) not know? He is the Subtle, the Aware." (Surah Mulk: 14)

So have this firm belief in Him, and have blind trust in Him, Subhaanahu Wa Taala....He, who knows us women and our nature best and He, who will give the women of Jannah whatever will please her the
best.

“Therein you shall have (all) that your inner-selves desire"
(Surah Fussilat:31- 32)

3. In Jannah the righteous woman will be married to her husband and she will be pleased with that

Allaah will marry the believing women to their husbands of the dunya if they were righteous and make them pleased with that. That IS what they would desire. They wouldnt want any one else.

And if a woman did not get married during her worldly life, or if her husband was not from the people of Jannah, then Allaah will marry her to one of the believing men in Jannah. The women will live with their husband and children and families in their own realms in Paradise, and they will be so content with that.

"Gardens of perpetual bliss: they shall enter there, as well as the righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring." (Surah ar-Rad: 23)

"Enter the Garden, you and your wives, you will be made glad. There will be brought round for them trays of gold and goblets, and therein is all that the souls desire and eyes find sweet and you will stay there forever. This is the garden, which you are made to inherit because of what you used to do. Therein for you is fruit in plenty whence to eat." (Az-Zukhruf 43: 70-73)

Ibn Katheer said: “ they (the women of Jannah) lower their gaze and avoid looking at men other than their husband, so they do not think that there is anything in Paradise that is more handsome than their husbands. This was stated by Ibn Abbaas, Qataadah, Ata al-Khuraasaani and Ibn Zayd.

And it was narrated that one of them will say to her husband: By Allaah I do not think that there is anything in Paradise finer than you, or that there is anything in Paradise dearer to me than you; praise be to Allaah Who has made you for me and made me for you."
(Tafseer al-Quraan al-Azeem).

4. In Jannah there will be no jealousy

Remember,my sister, that life in Jannah will be nothing like life here in this world. It is a different world that has nothing in common with this world except names only; the realities of things are completely different.

Pleasures and feelings that we experience here in this life will be experienced in a different and much better and purer way. We will eat and drink but there will be no filth or dirt. Our bodies will not excrete wastes nor will we grow old. And not only our physical bodies, but our psychology and nature will be different also.

“And We shall remove from their breasts any (mutual) hatred or sense of injury...." (Surah al-Araaf:43)

The Prophet (sal Allaahu Alayhi wa Sallam) said: “The first group to enter Paradise will look like the moon when it is full. They will not spit or blow their noses or defecate therein. Their vessels and combs will be of gold and silver, their incense burners will be of aloeswood and their sweat will be musk. Each of them will have two wives, the marrow of whose calves will be visible from beneath the
flesh because of their beauty. There will be no dissent or enmity among them and their hearts will be as one, and they will glorify Allaah morning and evening.” (al-Bukhaari, Muslim)

He also said: “they will not envy one another.” (Bukhaari)

So even if the men will have Hoor Al-'Een, we will not be jealous. Yes, it seems hard at this time, but it is just as hard to imagine eating and drinking without any excretion, although it is surely true. So rest assured...there will be love and peace and no jealousy.

Besides, think about it....Isnt the One capable of making you the way you are in this world with all your jealousy and the other 'womanly' feelings, capable of making you without jealousy in the Hereafter??! ! Of course He is!

Rejoice, O sister, the believing women will be better than the Hoor Al-'Een

Yes that's right. Read the quote below, my sister, and rejoice!

"The situation of the believing woman in Jannah will be better than the situation of the hoor al-iyn; she will be higher in status and more beautiful."

Several ahaadeeth and reports have been narrated concerning that, but none of them can be proven to be sound. But, if a righteous woman from among the people of this world enters Paradise, then she will do so as a reward for her righteous deeds and as a honor from Allaah to her for her religious commitment and righteousness.

As for the hoori who is one of the delights of Paradise, she has only been created in Paradise for the sake of someone else, and has been made the reward for the believing man for his righteous deeds.

There is a great difference between one who enters Paradise as a reward for her righteous deeds and the one who was created as a reward for one who did righteous deeds. The former is a queen and a princess, and the latter, no matter how beautiful she is, is undoubtedly lower in status than a queen, and she is subject to the command of her believing master for whom Allaah created her as a reward." (www.islamqa. com)

Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said regarding this matter: "It seems to me that the women of this world will be better than the hoor al-iyn, even in outward appearance, and Allaah knows best."
(Fataawa Noor ala al-Darb).

Logically speaking.... ..Wouldnt you rather be beautiful ??
When we look at ourselves and our nature, we realize Allaah's infinite Wisdom and Justice in the way He has created us. It is in our very nature that most of us women are generally pleased with and devoted to only one man.

Ask yourself this or any woman out there you know, this question and you would know what I mean. Ask them.... "What would you rather be......be extremely beautiful with one loving husband or be ordinary looking with several husbands ??!!

I am sure there will not be very many women out there who would pick the second choice...!!!

We have no right to question to Allaah
Actually, if you think about it, we have no right to question Allaah in whatever He does, how He does it and when He does it. We should not question Allaah's wisdom in making us in the nature we are now or in re-creating us in the nature we will have in the future. We know that He is generous and merciful, and we have to trust Him.
He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. He is the Just and He knows Best.

AND, for arguments sake, EVEN IF, in His Infinite Wisdom, Allaah chooses to give men Hoor Al-'Een and the women absolutely nothing, so be it. Know firmly, in your heart and believe unshakably in your mind, that, this is what was better for you. Know that He will NEVER be unfair to you and He will
give you ONLY and ONLY if He pleases. And He will withhold from you, ONLY and ONLY if you deserve it. Where is our trust in the Almighty??

The real focus
Instead of worrying about what Allaah has promised men and competing with them, we should focus on how to serve Him and worship Him better. We should try to improve our relationship with Him so that we may hope for His generous reward and forgiveness, so that out of His Mercy, He may enter us in Jannah.

Think about it, sister, if we learn all the details of what life in Jannah will be like and what rewards women will get, but fail to worship and serve Him the way He and His Messenger have taught us
to.... then our knowledge is pretty useless, isnt it...?

If you are among those women who leave this world having won the pleasure of Allaah, then good news to you, my sister. When you enter Jannah you will have delights and pleasures such as no eye has seen, no ear has heard and no mind has ever imagined. You will have all that you wish for in the best of ways. You will be more beautiful than you can ever imagine, with a status higher than you can ever conceive and happier than you have ever been, content with your husband and family. Everything that you will ask for will be granted, and everything that you long for, you will get. You will never find anything to upset or disturb you, or make you jealous for you will be in the care of the Most Generous, Most Merciful."

Hajj to Kaaba and scientific proof from planets galaxies and atoms: a miracle of Kaaba

We are getting closer and closer to the holy days of Hajj and any devout Muslim knows that the city of Mecca and the Kaaba are full of signs, blessings and miracles from Allah, the Lord and Creator of the worlds, universe and all that is within them; signs that have amazed not only numerous non-believers and guided them to Truth of Islam but also Muslims themselves. As we approach these blessed days, it is befitting that we bring to mind some of these great miracles, open for all mankind to see: to willing accept or reject.
The word Hajj itself comes from the room Arabic word of Hujja; meaning evidence of Truth. So the direct translation of “Pilgrimage” alone does not really render to the complete meaning of the word Hajj. What it actually means is “Pilgrimage that which shows the Truth,” “Pilgrimage that which manifests the Truth,” “Pilgrimage that proves the Truth.”
The yearly ritual of Hajj proves that Islam and the Quran is the truth through many different angles and avenues, whether we look at it from a Biblical view (Psalms 84:5-6), social, geographical, rational or scientific view.
With the above in mind, let us contemplate on that a few scientific and natural proofs of Hajj, Tawaf (Circumambulation of Kabba) and praying of billions of Muslims around the world.

Scientific proof of Kaaba (and Hajj): planets, stars, atoms and electrons

Everything in the universe is in constant motion, there is not a single thing that does not vibrate, even though it might look stationary to our eyes, its very toms and electrons are constantly moving and vibrating while the electrons circulate the center of the atom – the nucleus -; so do the starts and the planets. When we move away from the earth and start to observe the macro universe around we see that moons revolve around their planets, planets revolve around themselves and around their stars. Stars revolve around themselves and their galaxies and the galaxies also revolve around themselves and are constantly moving.
Now we compare that to the ritual of Hajj, it becomes evident that Muslims are actually replicating the universe around them, even though mostly may not directly know this, they have been doing this from the time of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and long before that our forefather Ibrahim did also.

Lets look deeper into this amazing sign, every planet in our solar system, almost all moons, stars and galaxies also revolve from left to right, in an anti clockwise motion. Well, so do Muslims from left to right when they are doing Tawaf: performing their seven circles around the Kaaba.
When we look at Micro world of Atoms and electrons, we see extreme similarity between the universe into the space and galaxies.
It is interesting that this very fact is stated within the Quran itself, as Allah (sw) says the following in the 3rd chapter about the clear proofs of Hajj, Kaaba, and the City of Mekka (Bekka):

95. Say: “(Allah) speaketh the Truth: follow the religion of Abraham, the sane in faith; he was not of the Pagans.”
96. The first House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka: Full of blessing and of guidance for all kinds of beings:
97. In it are Signs Manifest; (for example), the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures. (Quran Surah Ali-Imran, 3:95-97)

Similarity of Muslims in prayer to empty spaces of atoms and galaxies

As we move away from the center of Galaxies outward, and from the nucleus of an Atom outward there are massive empty spaces around the planets and stars. This is also the case in the micro universe of atoms and electrons. To bring that to comparison it’s as if we hold a small needle into a massive room. The head of the needle would be nucleus of the atom and the electrons that revolve around it are much smaller by comparison, like dust particles or smaller. Looking at deep space consider the fact that the closet star to our sun is nearly 5 light years away from us, that is nearly 40 trillion kilometers.
Now look at Hajj and prayer, close to Kaaba there are millions of people prayer packed altogether, one breath, one people… black, white, red and yellow glued together in love prayer by the power of Towheed (believe in oneness of God). As we move away from Mecca, to far parts of the earth, Muslims are still praying facing the Kaaba, but there are massive distances between them. Millions of people maybe praying at the exact times while they are thousands of kilometers away from each other, but at the same time there are united in their prayer and submission to Allah, they have become one in front of their Creator – as He has willed.

When we look at Micro world of Atoms and electrons, when we look at macro world of planets and galaxies and when we look at Hajj we see one design, one plan, one structure, one purpose and of course one designer, Allah (sw).
